What sessions are available for playing soccer, field hockey or lacrosse?
The season is divided into five 8-week sessions and offers playing time for each sport. All sessions offer 7 weeks of league play and 1 week for playoffs, unless otherwise noted. Typically, something is awarded to the league playoff champions for each division in divisions that have a minimum of four teams only. Some sessions do not offer every sport. It depends on the demand during that session. Occasionally, 6-week sessions may be offered. Portland Sports Complex reserves the right to alter award distribution and the term of the session schedule if necessary, without notice. *Some sessions may seem slightly longer in the schedule to make up for games that will not be scheduled due to facility closure on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day and Easter Sunday.
