What services will be provided by the Condominium Association?

Currently it is anticipated that the Condominium Association will provide snow removal, garbage, exterior maintenance, landscaping, maintenance of the garage structure and snow melt system, water and sewer. Water and sewer will actually be provided by Powder Mountain Water & Sewer but paid through the Association. Propane will be provided by the Association and metered to owners.
