What services require a S3 Grid Card or SecurID?
Remote access to the entire Xerox Global Network, such as with XEAN, requires two factor authentication and will use the S3 Grid Card. Additional services will be converted in the future, such as business critical applications and remote access mechanisms. > Back to Top When double-clicking the XEAN.exe file to perform the installation, I receive an error message stating “Can’t create output file…” This is usually caused by a conflict with TEMP files on your PC. To resolve the error, try this: Right-click on your Desktop and create a new folder. Right-click on your XEAN executable and extract it to the new desktop folder. Go back to your Desktop, open the new folder and double-click on Setup.
