What services does the NeuStar Registry provide Registrars?
The Shared Registration System (SRS), developed by the NeuStar Registry, gives Registrars the ability to add, modify and delete information associated with domain names, name servers, contacts, and Registrar profile information on a real-time basis. Registrars may administer domains, manage name servers, manage their Registrar information and generate reports. It is important to note that each Registrar may only effect information about domain names for which it is responsible. In addition, telephone and e-mail customer support is available for all Registrars associated with the NeuStar Registry.
