What services does Rainbow Bridge Connection offer?
Rainbow Bridge Connection’s goal is to give life to our Mission and Vision through: Counseling Advocacy Community Outreach Family unit counseling for families with Questioning and/or Queer Youth Services to the Elder Community Counseling services are designed specifically toward the normal life cycle challenges of individuals, couples and families. Rainbow Bridge Connection provides critical social and advocacy services to the entire Hampton Roads community with special outreach to LGBTQI elders and the Gender Non Conforming community who are often marginalized even within the LGBTQI community. Counseling services are provided on a sliding scale fee. Rainbow Bridge Connection in providing advocacy for LGBTQI elders provides social opportunities to avoid isolation, assess home health care, assisted living and residential care facilities.
