What services does GAMC cover?
Under full service GAMC, services include routine checkups, immunizations, hospitalization (inpatient services), doctor care, prescriptions, glasses, dental work and routine dental exams, medical equipment, costs for medical transportation to and from medical appointments, chemical dependency treatment, mental health services and much more. There are monthly premium payments for full coverage GAMC but there are some co-payments required for emergency room visits, eyeglasses, restorative dental, drugs and other services. Under catastrophic GAMC, only hospitalizations (inpatient services) are covered with a $1,000 deductible per inpatient stay. Catastrophic GAMC does not require a monthly premium payment.
