What services do youth receive at the RTC?
Youth receive individual and group therapy at least 3 times a week total and family therapy as frequently as possible by a Licensed Mental Health Professional. Crisis Intervention by a Licensed Mental Health Professional is also available as needed. Patients will receive nursing services daily and will see a doctor at least twice weekly. Twenty four hour supervision is provided by Behavior Instructors who are trained in Teaching Family Model of care and supervised by a Consultant that is certified in the Teaching Family Model of care. The youth receive daily social skills training via the Teaching Family Model as well. During the school year the youth attend school provided by qualified, licensed teachers within the treatment center or in our school facility as dictated by the treatment needs of the child. The youth receive case management services which include discharge planning.
