Full-time, resident caretaker General maintenance of all common elements including roads, trail system, ponds, docks & pavilions Snow plowing of all common roads and driveways Grass mowing in all common areas Removal of deadfall in all common areas and trail system Firewood in designated common areas Pier & dock maintenance in common areas Gate maintenance Shoreline maintenance of all boat launches Liability insurance for all common elements Materials and supplies for maintenance of common elements and structures (i.e. picnic tables, pavilions, fire pits, docks, etc.
