What services are provided under the Pro Forma Contract?
The Program performs vendor contacts on every Vendor Technical Document (VTD) line item submitted in your Site VTD List. An electronic Vendor Contact Package is provided to you that includes a Vendor Interface Results Report, Request for information/ Publications for Verification (usually signed by the vendor), and new VTDs. Additionally, a Vendor Document Comparison Report (VDCR) is prepared for each new revision received from the contact process. It provides a listing of changes between VTD revisions followed by an engineering discussion of the expected plant impact. A description of deliverables is provided under separate tab.
