What services are provided for seniors and disabled patrons?
Services for Seniors and Disabled Patrons Parking A limited number of handicapped permit parking spaces will be available along Sloat Boulevard, just past the main entrance to Stern Grove. There is no other designated parking area. Shuttle Service Round-trip, wheelchair accessible shuttle service is provided between 19th Avenue/Sloat Boulevard and the concert area from 10:30 a.m. until one hour before the concert starts, and ending one hour after the concert is over. A drop-off area will be located at the entrance to the park on Sloat Boulevard. Seating Bench seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis for seniors over the age of 65 or disabled patrons and one guest. Bench seating is limited and generally full by 1:30 p.m., and on some days, the benches can reach capacity as early as 12:30 p.m. Wheelchairs Wheelchairs are accommodated in the concert meadow.
