What services are offered to prospective home buyers?
Relocation Services offers information about Cleveland Heights’ homes currently on the market via real estate companies or by owners. Prospective buyers can take a free, personalized tour of our city, tailor-made to point out homes for sale in their price range and including points of interest to them. Buyers are then referred to a list of ‘PROs’or Preferred Realty Office agents. PROs have attended numerous seminars and educational programs about our city, and know the area well. Comparable sales figures for recently sold homes are also available to prospective buyers, as are contact people in various neighborhoods and our schools.
