Owners of single- and two-family homes, rental property and apartments are encouraged to inform us when they have suites that are available or about to become available. We can then forward this information to prospective tenants who contact our Rental Relocation Service. A newsletter for landlords is published quarterly and Landlord Seminars are held during the year. Packets of city information are also given to landlords for their new tenants. Pick up a copy of the Ohio Landlord-Tenant Law at the Heights Housing Service, located on the upper level of City Hall, 40 Severance Circle.
