What services are not included with the rent?
Service not included is: the telephone. All units have a controlled use telephone service with an initial credit of $Ar 10.-. Once this credit is used up, you may recharge it by buying a phone card at a Locutorio or Maxikiosco. The card will enable you to place local, national and international long distance calls. Most cards also allow cellular phone calls, so ask about this before buying your card. Remember that all calls, even local ones, have a charge. Should you require the maid service more than once a week, the fee is $Arg40. – every three hours.
