The basic services offered at most American Lifestyles assisted living communities are: assistance scheduling medical appointments; assistance with medication management; assistance with the activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and walking; monthly blood pressure, weight and nutritional status checks; regular monitoring for general health and well-being; simple reminder service for scheduled meals, appointments and activities; daily and weekly housekeeping service; three restaurant-style meals served daily; complimentary tray service during temporary periods of illness; laundry service; transportation; safe, barrier-free private bathrooms; 24-hour emergency care available by certified caregivers; assistance to and from the dining room and activities; and outpatient therapy services.
