What services are included in Crisis Management & Alerting Services?
The Dell Emergency Notification service allows you to contact your employees, collect information, and provide help using all available communication channels. The Dell Incident Collaboration Center (ICC) is an optional service to the Emergency Notification service. The ICC is a central Internet-based portal to coordinate crisis management and recovery efforts during any crisis or other disruption to normal operations.
