What services are available through Court Services Online?
Court Services Online offers the ability to search for and retrieve court record information, as well as file documents for small claims, Supreme civil, and Court of Appeal matters in British Columbia. When searching, you can refine your search of the index until you locate the file you are looking for. Costs are incurred when you select a file from the index. For a fee, you can request copies of documents in a file. Mail and Fax are the current document delivery options. When filing, you submit your package to Court Services electronically. Court Services will immediately deduct the service fee ($7.00) from your BC OnLine account. When Court Services staff review your package and approve its filing, they will deduct the filing fee for that package from your BC OnLine account. All of these services are paid for out of your BC OnLine deposit account, and you have access to the BC OnLine Help Desk for any questions or issues relating to your use of Court Services Online.
