Senior & Disabled serves clients age 60 and over and disabled individuals age 18 and over. Senior & Disabled Services offers assistance with Information & Referral Service, Food Stamps, Senior Meals Program, Medicaid (sometimes called Oregon Health Plan), help paying for Medicare premiums, In-Home Care Services, assistance with Medicare Part D Choice Counseling, and help paying for long term care.
