What services am I receiving if I schedule an event to have a technician on site for the duration of the event versus having a technician simply setup my event?
A. When a technician is on site for the duration of an event, the technician will be on hand to assist in the event that there are technical difficulties. The technicians are also available to help orchestrate lights, audio, and any video needs during the event. This allows you to focus on your event and have the technician handle all equipment and A/V needs. Please Note: Departments and University Groups will be charged for staffing for special events (ie: all non-class events).
