What Service Types, Status and Outcomes will be included in my companys network referral statistics?
The following standard Service Types, Status and Outcomes are included in a company’s network referral statistics: Service Type – Buyer or Seller Status – Active, Listed, Offer, Contract, Finalized Outcome – RELO® Paid, Corporate, Lost, Not Move, Ripped Off The following standard Service Types, Status and Outcomes are NOT included in a company’s network referral statistics: Service Type – Renter, Mortgage, Household Goods Status – Created Outcome – Closed, Not Visit, Reject, Duplicate Note – “Closed” is not included, as RELO® does not consider a referral closed until either 1) payment is received (“RELO® Paid”), 2) it is a ripped-off closing (“Ripped Off”), or 3) it is a closing from a registered corporate account sent to a RELO® member (“Corporate”).
