What separates Zumba from other fitness classes?
We are not your average fitness class! You will not find “traditional” aerobics moves or strength training in a Zumba fitness class. Because dance is the foundation of a Zumba fitness class, you will tone and condition all of your major muscles throughout the entire class! Our music selection is also extensive and includes rhythms from all over the world. In addition to challenging the body, participants learn to key into the musicality of the songs… a feat many participants have no idea that they are learning! Before they know it they’ve spent 60-minutes dancing up a sweat, strengthening their muscles, and become familiar with the patterns of various musical rhythms.
