What separates EB from other schools offering French immersion in the New Orleans area?
Ecole Bilingue is the only standalone French immersion school in the state of Louisiana. All of the students who attend EB follow the same curriculum, which makes a much stronger student, teacher and parent body. EB offers low student to teacher ratios. Each class has no more than eighteen students. Crèche through Grande classes have one French speaking teacher and one French speaking assistant. During the school day, EB students are exposed to art, music, theater, choir, educational resources and sports, all which are taught by highly qualified teachers. The classrooms from CP (1st) through CM2 (5th) have Smart-boards, which allow the students to visit other French classrooms around the world.
