What selection criteria are used in the Work Certified program to identify the prospective students they think will be successful in this program?

We have found that the program fits all customers; those with a degree, high school or GED students, Career Center customers, adult and youth, juvenile justice participants, elderly and more. The program does require an 8th grade English reading ability.
