• Several security measures will be incorporated into CMBHS to safeguard client privacy. These include: • A confidential logon ID and password will be required to access the secure system. Unsuccessful attempts to enter the correct logon ID and password will result in an automatic “lock-out” and denial of access and disable the user’s ability to logon. Once a user is locked-out and their access has been denied, they must contact their CMBHS security administrator to reset the account. • Periodically, all persons with access to CMBHS will be required to change their passwords. All passwords must be complex, including letters and symbols. • All persons with access to CMBHS will be assigned “roles” that determine their access level and governs what information in CMBHS they may view.
