What security measures have been taken to ensure that our computer system will not get a virus?
A. There is almost no chance of obtaining a virus when using ALIRTS, since you are not downloading any files of applications from OSHPD. Facility e-mail addresses will not be made available to the public. Also, OSHPD’s network has up-to-date virus scanners to ensure that e-mail submitted between OSHPD and facility staff remains virus free. Additionally, each facility will designate a OSHPD ALIRTS Account Administrator who will have the authority and responsibility for establishing and maintaining user accounts.
