What security measures are in place to protect recall data entered into ASA24 and resulting tracking and analytic files?
Respondent data is kept confidential and secured by state-of-the-art security controls including firewalls and encryption. All data entered into ASA24 at the respondents computer is encrypted by the internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox) before it is transmitted to our servers using Secure Socket Layer technology or SSL. SSL allows for the authentication of the sending and receiving computers. Only a particular studys investigator(s) and the ASA24 operations team can access your response data. Access is gained through usernames and strong passwords.
