What security measures are in place for granting Mercer PayMonitor access?
A report recipient is designated on the submission form when an organisation participates in a Mercer survey. For security purposes, if the user requesting access to Mercer PayMonitor is not the report recipient, Mercer will call the report recipient to verify that this user is legitimate and should be granted access. This assures that only valid users are given access to the system.
