• Login: Users must enter the school code for the institution as well as their confidential user ID and password to login to TracDat. • User Permissions: TracDat provides for four different account types. Each type allows access to specific screens and/or tasks that user may perform. Users are assigned one of these account types. The four TracDat account types are ADMIN, DEPTADMIN, STAFF and READONLY.
