What security features are on the Permanent DL/IDs?
• Fine lines that create the DL/ID card’s background • Signatures that overlap the card holder’s photograph • Two small half tone or ghost photographs of the card holder that appears in the lower right side of the card • The card holder’s signature is laser engraved over the photograph, which has a raised surface • The State Seal over the front of the card responds to ultra-violet light • A Kinegram or optically variable device on the back of the card that varies as the card’s orientation is moved • 2-Dimensional Bar Code that contains the information appearing on the card.
