Heat sealing is the only method of obtaining a 100% hermetic seal. We recommend using Eppendorf’s Heat Sealer with the Eppendorf Heat Sealing Foils or Film. Samples can be recovered by either piercing through the seals or by removing the seal with the Foil Stripper.
