You can do so by installing or updating to the latest version of IE 6 (SP1 or greater), installing IE7, or installing the Windows XP Service Pack 1a (or greater). The students computer is not displaying DVTC POP-Ups. Students should disable POP-UP blockers on their computers while using the DVTC. If the following screen appears on the students computer: The students computer does not have access to outbound port 8080. Have their network engineers open it, or have the student take the course from a computer or location that will allow access to port 8080.
