What scores are required to qualify for ALPS?
CogAT: The qualifying score on the CogAT is a minimum of the 95th percentile on any one category of sub tests OR a minimum of 90th percentile on a combination of any 2 of the 3 sub test scores. A student’s ALPS identification is honored for the duration of the student’s enrollment in the Napa Valley Unified School District. A: NNAT: The qualifying score on the NNAT is a non-verbal index of 120 or higher or a stanine of 8 or higher. A student’s ALPS identification is honored for the duration of the student’s enrollment in the Napa Valley Unified School District.
