What scores are reported on the GRE revised General Test?
Since there were substantial changes to the Verbal and Quantitative Reasoning measures with the launch of the GRE revised General Test in August 2011, the score scale was changed for these sections. The Analytical Writing score scale is the same. • A Verbal Reasoning score is reported on a 130 – 170 score scale, in 1-point increments. A Quantitative Reasoning score is reported on a 130 – 170 score scale, in 1-point increments. • An Analytical Writing score is reported on a 0 – 6 score level, in half-point increments.
