A A company could expect sanctions ranging from a formal letter of reprimand to probation to conditional, temporary or even indefinite debarment. The names of all sanctioned persons or entities will be posted on a public website. MIGA will not insure or contract with a company that is debarred by the World Bank; and companies that are sanctioned in connection with MIGA projects will be debarred from financing by the other members of the World Bank Group.
