What sanctions are given while participating in the Adult Felony Drug Court Program?
If you do not comply with the treatment tasks or attend mandatory meetings, the Judge will sanction your actions. Possible sanctions include: Increases AA/NA meetings – Increases case management contacts – Day reporting – Work release program – Work crew – Electronic monitoring – Jail time – Community service hours.
