What safe guards are in place for security of data backup?

We perform full backups weekly, followed by incremental backups daily on removable storage. Medisoft automatically performs daily backups. We have a high powered UPS for emergency purposes, so all data can be saved and stored properly in a timely manner. The removable storage is secure in locked area, labeled and dated.
