What rules have changed since 2005 (Ocean Odyssey)?
In an effort to better the program, FLL makes small changes each year based on lessons learned. Although many of the rules have been reworded or added to, they seem to provide the same intent as last year’s rules. Of course it is possible that the changes may have opened up new or different strategies. Veteran and rookie teams should therefore read the rules very carefully.
