What rules are to be followed when creating a new password?
After users register in CSAT, they will receive a username and an initial password in a follow-up email. The first time users log in to CSAT, they will be prompted to change the initial password to one of their choosing. The password must be at least 8 characters and contain one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, a number, and a special character (e.g., !@#$%&*). Be sure to write down your new password for future reference.
