The terms of the JISC – SeaZone sub-licence apply to data derived from SeaZone data as well as to the original SeaZone data itself. Derived data is defined as: “any data that originates from an original SeaZone Dataset is considered to be derived data.” See question 17 for further details of the acknowledgement that it is relevant to use in relation to derived data.
