What rules apply to residential fences?

0

In front and side yards fences can be up to 4’ in height provided they are at least 75% open (typically chain link and split rail type fencing). In rear yards fences can be up to 6’ in height and less than 75% open (typically privacy and stockade fencing). The Township does not regulate the type of fencing materials used or which side of a fence faces outward.
