For desktop application RSS readers, there are several that support CollectiveX. The recommended RSS readers Mac OS X are NewsFire and NetNewsWire. For Windows XP, Newz Crawler, FeedDemon and Omea Reader are the best readers to use. The feed requires http authentication so when you subscribe, you must enter your CollectiveX username and password to verify. Due to security reasons, most online feed readers cannot be used to subscribe to CollectiveX group feeds. This is because most online feed readers are public and do not support our password-protected feed.
