The Tredegar House park and ride will serve the M4 West including the ferry ports for Ireland. Ryder Cup traffic from west of Newport will leave the M4 just before Newport and travel along the A48. The park and ride coaches will then transport people to the Celtic Manor travelling along the M4, leaving at Junction 24 (Coldra) and heading to the new interchange on the A449.
