What role will the administration play in evaluating the applications?
It is difficult for the Committee to speak for the Administration. Certainly, the Administration will have the opportunity to read the applications separately from the Committee. For the 2003-2004 academic year, the Administration approved 32 of the 39 applications recommended by the Committee and in 2002-03 approved 35 of the 35 applications recommended by the Committee.
