What role will Pastor Seth be playing in HMCC of Singapore?
There will be a couple of things that Pastor Seth will be doing in order to help this church start. First, Pastor Seth will be going to Singapore once a month starting from January until he returns from his tenure in Jakarta at the beginning of July. The purpose of these trips will be to lay down the foundation for the church plant. He will be meeting up with the key leaders in Singapore, as well as with people who are interested in starting the church. Second, in the future, Pastor Seth and the other pastors on the global pastoral team will be giving guidance and direction to this church as they meet together in person, by phone conferences, and web conferences. The global pastoral team will also help in the training and equipping of Jackson, Rachel, and other leaders and members in this church.
