What Role will Extended Team Members Play Once NYFMS is Fully Implemented?
Team members may play the role of a “super user” within their respective agency. For example: Super users physically reside with the agencies, with continuous involvement through NYFMS user-groups Agencies may have several super users to ensure geographical representation and process area coverage, as well as to remain active in statewide NYFMS by: • Translating future agency business requirements into technical requirements and specifications for the NYFMS team Having an understanding of agency needs and how NYFMS is configured and its limitations Providing feedback on how NYFMS is being used, issues faced by agencies and recommending changes to training curriculum for new users.
