Agencies will play varying roles within the Governance Structure. Key owners of systems, business functions or technical infrastructure will have representatives appointed as Domain Owners to make critical operating decisions. Many agencies will be represented within the Agency Advisory Council and Workgroups. These groups will review options and make recommendations to Domain Owners.
