What role does William believe product design plays in creating a better future?
My granddaughter was very frustrated when her class project required stapling a small card. She asked if I had a stapler to help. After some research I found all available staplers too expensive and too large for her to handle. Also I talked to a vice principal in the Brooklyn school system and she told me each school had only two booklet staplers for each 25 classrooms and when needed no one knew where they were. She indicated she would recommend ordering this design for replacement staplers in each classroom if the cost was near the cost of standard staplers.
