Cyberhomes works with the MLSs to obtain data on several levels, and currently has nearly 2.5 million residential properties licensed for display on the site. Some MLSs license the data directly to Cyberhomes on behalf of their brokers, others make it available on an opt-out basis, and some provide a technology service on behalf of their brokers who want to license their data for display on Cyberhomes.
