While we highly value our diverse New Leaders Community, which currently includes two thirds people of color, race and ethnicity are not taken into account in the selection of Residents. We strive to create a diverse community through proactive recruitment efforts aimed at diverse audiences, and we encourage individuals of all ethnicities to apply.
