PTC’s product data management strategy encompasses both the engineering workgroup as well as enterprise users to manage upstream ideation information through downstream manufacturing planning and support. Pro/INTRALINK is a full-fledged component of PTC’s Product Development System. Because Pro/INTRALINK 9.1 and Windchill 9.1 share the same architecture, Pro/INTRALINK customers that need broader enterprise data and process management can easily upgrade to Windchill PDMLink. In addition, this upgrade will provide a direct path to PTC’s Product Development System (PDS).
