Prevalence adjustments will be made to QOF clinical domain payments for each practice. The aim of the prevalence adjustment is to deliver an equitable distribution of quality rewards in the light of the different workloads that practices will face in delivering the same number of quality points. This will allow resources to be targeted at areas where morbidity and practice achievement are greatest.
